I take constructive criticism well, I will move the picture to the top of that auction this week which is where I thought it was. As far as your other suggestions I only sell CE tumblers and have no interest at this time to sell any others, I offer a decent product with a warranty and ship the exact products listed and pictured on Ebay in a very fast manner, as reflected by my feedback comments. As far as stating my platinum status it is VERY important to the customers to know they are dealing with a reputable seller since 1999. I have studied and found out this is what sells faster and alot more of them then any other tumblers on ebay. There are alot of people buying the higher priced tumblers and that is what they want, but I am not aiming to that part of the market at this time, I am concentrating on getting people a fair machine at a fair price to get them interested in a hobby I enjoy.
I do not take this last entry of your as hostile as I did the first and went on the defensive, I believe you are an honorable man, but you are trying to talk me into something you want me to do and I am not interested in the higher priced machines. I will continue doing the good job I do now, which seems to be what my many repeat customers like.

I hope that will improve the quality of your listings some. Perhaps you could take closer photos of the barrels and the base units of these tumblers, and discribe what the barrels are made out of. Are they plastic? Rubber? Making the CE tumblers easier to filter out would be a nice gesture to those who are looking for other brands. Could you list them as CE or Chicago Electric tumblers? That would make my life (and others) easier.
On the grit: I think offering it in nice packaging will help generate more sales. One of those clear plastic containers like I was discribing earlier would be a nice touch that would distinguish your auctions from the others. Also, your photos would look better without your seller id written over them, like in that last auction of yours I have linked. Good luck, and I hope this will generate some good will and result in improved sales.

i've been buying and selling on ebay almost as long as it has been in existence. Buyers don't care about platinum status. They care about great customer service. I've gotten better service sometimes from someone with 100 feedback than many platinum sellers. My experience as a buyer has been that platinum sellers seem to be too busy to offer great CS. Also, platinum sellers who rely upon their platinum status just rubs me the wrong way. As do sellers who gouge for shipping as a way to get around fees.
As a seller, I answer emails very quickly. If I don't have what someone wants, I find a seller I trust who does. It was through people willing to share their experiences, like mrcoffee has been kind enough to do with you, that I was able to make a pretty nice living for awhile. I don't sell anymore because I ran out of product (the hemp industry is very volatile and, besides, one of my buyers bought my entire inventory off me). I'm probably going to be looking into starting to sell again. What was I getting at? I am hungry, which makes me scattered. Oh, my suggestion is let your record speak for itself. As a buyer, I ALWAYS look at the feedback page for a seller. That is more impressive than any pseudo-designation ebay grants sellers.
