I really like those!! Just got a ball peen hammer in the mail from Rio this week. Just for that kind of pattern. Looking forward to giving it a try!

So I wanted to see how quickly I could forge a pair of Argentium earrings. 63 minutes all in.
Very nice! But I theenk they need a bigger box!
DH and I made a couple of large fireplace fronts for a client years ago. Hand hammered the hanging door handles on one of the copper ones, but the entire copper frame was made out of copper sheet. It was sheared to size, then hammer finished with a pneumatic hammer, then re-sheared and assembled. A lot of work, but love hammer finishes.
Great job on those! Jean
BTW - Welcome to the forum, and glad you were able to work out photo posting so quickly! Tapatalk to the rescue!

I like the peen marks, I have trouble keeping everything the same. Do you have to temper the argentium with heat to keep from tarnishing? I make all my ear wires with Argentium now, I don't like to solder it though.

Those look great. Looks like you are definitely good with your hammer.
