On Jan 26 I bought a camera cradle for my digital camera from priceisrightbiz on ebay. I got the cradle, which was to include rechargeable batteries.
No batteries. I called the customer service number and was told they'd mail out the batteries that day. I waited a week as they were coming via regular mail. After a week I called back and they guy Grant said he'd not heard of this and he was the only one that did the customer service. That was on 2/7. He assured me he was sending out the batteries. On 2/21 I called again and spoke with Grant again. He swore he had sent the batteries out on the 7th and he was sure they'd be here "in a day or two". I told him he had until Friday 2/24 to get the batteries to me or I would take further action with ebay and paypal. I already left neutral feedback.
Well I guess come Monday 2/27 I'm gonna call and raise 17 kinds of hell. No batteries. He's already told me they can't track them and won't overnight the batteries as that would cost more than the item.
On the page for the item, it says if anything is missing from your item to call them.
Beware, these guys are scam artists.

Watch the feedback, folks, and read all their negs, and neuts. Ask 'em a hard question and see what kind of an answer you get. Two-word blow-offs, or defensive responses are fair warning. For example, a simple request about why the S&H is so high may get a very enlightening reply.
