All healed up and running........Brought the saw out,got the cobwebs out of it.....Did the walk around,looks good,fired it up and cut all day!!! Great to be back in the saddle!! I cut some Montana's - Thundereggs - Snowflake Obsidian - Golden Sheen Obsidian - Jasper - Plus an unknown,won't say a thing till the mine owner brings up the story of the material...(yes he is a member of RTH).. Nice variety. I really liked the eggs and Montana's. Lots of cool features in those closeup photos.

Glad to hear your back up and running! Those Obsidians are very nice , along with the Jasper and Eggs. The mystery stones come from my mine. They are quartzite with gold veins, but so far the "veins" are granular in size so I sent some to Fossilman to see him work his magic on them. |
