Neat stuff! Chemically, what exactly is that material and how hard is it? Is that what they call white turquoise? It sure has a howlite look to it....Mel

It comes from AZ, the white is magnesite. people do call magnesite as white turquoise, White Buffalo. the brown parts have no idea what it is, except it's a jasper. I like this material due it takes a great shine.

Nice stuff but a confusing name; at first I wondered if it was Wild Horse picture jasper from the Owyhees.
