Was taught the Navy that the stupid question is the one you failed to ask, soooo......
When wiring a motor for use on a Lortone slab saw, where the motor shaft is parallel to the saw blade arbor (actually motor mounts on case above it), should it be wired for clockwise or counter-clockwise? To be clear, the motor shaft rotation will be in the same direction as the saw blade rotation when mounted. Just need to know which way the saw blade should roll.

Depends if the pulley is left of or right of the motor.
Pulley left of the blade, motor directly underneath and that pulley left of the motor.
Clockwise.
You want the blade spinning top down into the stone.
