Back around January I bought a new Dremel tool. I've used it a lot, and after changing the brushes a couple of times the door that covers the brushes broke. I called Dremel to order the part. When the woman who answered heard that it broke she insisted on sending the new part free of charge! I hadn't even thought to claim a warranty repair or anything but she did the right thing. I'm impressed and would like to give a big thumbs up to Dremel.

That is great Joe. It is always nice to see someone stand beeehind their product, To me it is common sense good business.
