Ed Gerber from Eds_cab_shack is a very fair and honest seller on ebay, he also likes to do a lot of trading...............material for material or material for quartz crystals. He and his brother do a lot of digging in Arkansas during the competitions they have there every year.
Gems24 is also someone that believes in customer satisfaction and he does his best to make sure all of his buyers are happy. If anyone would like to see more pictures of the agates I have been selling, this buyer made a purchase and is now listing some of the arizona agate from the same pile I have been selling on this board, only his is already slabbed.
Rhodescabbin is another seller I have recently dealt with from ebay, he deals in mostly agates and he's up for a trade most of the time. These 3 sellers are in my opinion a lot like the people I have met thanks to the RTH boards, they LOVE rocks and are very friendly people. I had the pleasure of meeting ED Gerber in person a couple of years ago. He and his brother made a trip here to Arizona to dig chrysocolla with us. We all had a wonderful time and it was especially fun being able to load them up with good cutting material.

I've dealt several times with Gems24. He is very much into customer satisfaction. His material is usually real nice and he ships fast and packs well. Haven't won much from him recently as he usually has very high end and often rare items and the competition for his auctions is pretty fierce for my shallow pockets......mel

Sandsman, you aren't butting in at all, thanks for the heads up. I had a pleasant transaction with him and wanted to let RTH members know but that is what this post is about, to let people know about your experiences with sellers/vendors and if you got the raw end of the deal..............That really sucks, sorry to hear that. As a seller, I do everything I can to make sure the people buying from me are happy enough to want to buy from me again and again. That means offering the best material I can or honestly describing the lower grade materials so the buyers know what to expect and Never ignoring emails.

And the one experience I had with him left a bad enough impression that I won't deal with him either. I'm only one state away from him and it took 3 1/2 weeks to get my package.
