I have to import agate, as there is hardly any to collect locally. Lake Superior is a favorite because it is heavy in reds. You have probably seen individual stones being offered for 4 to 20 bucks an ounce. MN Lake Treasures lists tumbling pebbles around $2 a POUND occasionally. This is quality tumbler feed. I am quite pleased with it. And Nancy usually puts in some nice extras. She can be contacted though ebay. stores.ebay.com/Minnesota-Lake-Treasures_W0QQssPageNameZl4QQtZkm

Spacegold: I've bought several lots from agatemeister on E-Bay too and have been very pleased. I like the baby lakers as tumbling media in my loads. Agatemeister screens his for size and the 1/2 stones make perfect media and turn out fine small finished stones too....mel

I have been using small Oregon beach agates for rumble stones. Not as gaudy as Supe but it works out well too.
