The town is Mendora. The a & s are too close. Can anyone tell me what the multi rounded pieces are called?

I use to hang my hat in ND for 35 years... Some nice material comes out of those rivers....Nice score! Is it Medora,ND,scouted and visited that historical area a lot...,never hounded the river though...

those are referred to as concreations and may be made up of siltstone,mudstone etc. sometimes they may even be hollow
