This web page will provide all negative and neutral feedback on a seller or buyer including those mutually withdrawn. I love it. It takes time to load if the seller has a ton of feedback but worth the wait. toolhaus.org/It saves time when you want to see the negs but don't want to take the time to go from page to page to page. I have used it onand off for a year or two. It does go down a lot and sometime you can't get there for a day or two.
They do have some other tools too - like wether a buyer and seller have other transactions or mutual transactions. Can help spot shill biding - but not every mutual transaction is a shill.
