Wow, I have heard about the wonderful experiences people had with Arrowhead Lapidary, but now I experienced it first hand. A while ago I had an Eastwind diamond belt go bad. It started having pits. I emailed them and they said to send it back for a replacement. I mentioned that I thought the 325 grit belt was starting to go but I wans't sure. During that time I was using an old Nova wheel until I got around to sending them the belts so I wasn't in desperate need of the replacement. I had a lot going on and didn't have a chance to send them back right away. They called me and ended up sending me the belts BEFORE I even sent them the old ones! No questions asked! I received BOTH a 325 and a 600 belt in the mail. Of course I sent the old ones back right away. I feel kinda guilty because even though the 600 belt was going south I had used it for the better part of the year, and the 325 was still usable in my opinion.
The folks at Arrowhead Lapidary sure know how to treat people. I am impressed beyond words. They trusted me and offered a replacement no questions asked. Steve

Glad to hear it Steve, I only buy grit and polish from them but have always had good luck with it. Plus they are very friendly and want to please. Terry

Ha KD, I opened mine for the first time today also!! Man is it FULL. It had been laying around here for about a week and this morning as I was headed out the door for the hospital (I put grandma in a few days ago) I saw it so took it to look through while I sat there doing nothing. Glad i did, I could be wrong but there seems to be more in it than thier web site.
