There's an upcoming auction on Auctionmasters.com with a fair amount of arbors and other equipment if anyone is looking for a grinder. They are still very reasonable, but prices on this auction site tend to shoot up when the end gets close. There are some good deals to be had, and some things end up being overpriced. I've ordered from them before and they seem reputable. I've ordered only twice though. BTW, they ship UPS through the local UPS store so it costs a little more than usual shipping, and there's a buyers premium. I am going for the Cathedral agate and the three sets of 16" saw blades. Just wanted to let everyone know about this thing, especially because there's some arbors and a lortone saw, and I know some RTH members have been wanting an arbor recently. Steve

I've worked with them a couple of rock auctions ago, and yes the prices jump quick at the end.
nice people to work with tho, I went and picked up my winnings, I'm only a couple of hundred miles away.

When you buy from auctionmasters don't forget to consider the 10% buyers premium. I'm lucky enough to live 15 minutes away from them and don't have to pay the shipping charges. There are great deals to be had there on bulk rock lots. In the past, I've got 22# mex lace for $13...2 lots of South Dakota prairie agate, total 50# for $7...assorted arizona agate $8 for 50#. The people are friendly and I will continue to buy there.
