I've shown my purple martin gourd houses in the past.This year I ordered different seed to try and get somewhat larger gourds for them. Guess I did!!! snuffy

Wow snuffy those are huge gourds I have never seen them that large. I know everything is Texas is bigger and those could be turned into condo's for several bird families. How did your poppy's do this year?

How did your poppy's did this year? Poppies did well! Chopped out most of them,they delay my planting too much.They grow around the fringes of my beds. snuffy

Those are really huge B-house gourds. I got a couple that I thought were big from a neighbor last year. Mine are only about 18" tall, lol.

snuffy, your gourd bed must be as big as my entire garden. Grew apple gourds one year and they nearly too over the entire garden. Can't imagine what those would do. Really cool looking!
