On Dec 22 I placed an order with these guys for 10lbs of Biggs jasper and as of today, I still haven't recieved my order. I sent them an email on Jan 8 and they replied that they will be getting back to shipping orders now that the holidays are over. Well, today's the 19th and still no rocks. I sent them another email on Wed, but haven't heard from them. Cal told me last week that they are slow in sending out orders and now I see what he means.
Just wanted to warn others in case you decide to place an order with them; Don't be in a hurry!

Been there done that - 45 days later I got my order. But I will say they have some great rock, just plan accordingly

45 Days? Hell, it's just the next state above me, I could drive up and back in less than 2 days! Hey Ed, I ordered a fireplace grate from Pilgrim in California, and it's been over a month. I'd ask you to drive down and get it for me, but I already know that they have 40 grates on backorder. So much for ordering a "made in America" product. Hopefully, made in America rocks are a different story! Ron |
