Like many of you I have been having some shipping problems lately all related to rocks (except for Eloxite). Anyone else has been right on time. Something occured to me today, do you suppose it has anything to do with the Tucson show?
Maybe owners and or key employees are there along with some of the inventory we have been wanting. If so next month should be better.

That's what Madagascar Minerals has been telling me - we can't help it, we're getting ready for Tuscon...
Then don't list stuff on eBay if you can't ship it. Got another promise that it would go out today - we'll see. I paid for it back on the 8th.

Yea I don't buy that excuse- Yes the shows are important- But dang it if you are going to be unable to take care of your customers- Well tell them- I mean just a simple "NO ORDERS SHIPPED TILL AFTER THE SHOW" post on the website- would be suffiecient enough.

spike a couple of years ago i had an order placed that didn't arrive and i couldn't reach a soul by phone or email for weeks. they had gone to the show spur of the moment without any notice. i was so glad to hear from them when they got back i couldn't be mad - jealous maybe but not mad lol.
