Yeah, saw it, and the second one. Wondering how many cars they trashed filming it? Neither is Jack Reacher, or the Atomic Blond, lol. I only wish they had someone other than Tom Cruise playing Jack Reacher. He does not resemble, at all, the character described in the books. Still, a pretty good flick. Was it good or was all the good stuff in the trailer? It was pretty good, especially if you like lots of violence and killing. It even had a plot, lol. Let's just say it wasn't boring. |

Don't do Netflix, we watched it on DVD from Redbox. Buck and a half. Does Redbox stream? I looked at the website quickly and couldn't tell. It wanted a login, and I wasn't prepared to do that. Dave No. Redbox is a little self contained, totally automated kiosk, about the size of a soda vending machine. They are located inside stores (Albertsons, Vons, Walmart), also outside the 7/11 closest to me. I am in SoCal, just east of San Diego. There has to be many of them located near you. You see what movies they have to offer, either by title, or genre, via a touch screen. After searching through the available selections, you can pick your movie in either standard DVD, or Blu Ray. You pay with a debit card (or credit card?), and the machine spits out the disk. If you provide an email address at the time of rental, they will email you a receipt. Take it home and watch it, bring it back within 24 hours. If you are tardy returning it, they will charge you more. You can go to their website, and request a certain movie you want to watch. They'll reserve it for you, and email you when it is available. This is good when wanting to watch a newer release that is popular. |
