i had a friend send me an email...shes a big time seller on ebay....homemade stuff.
ebay made a change to there user agreement....what ever image you list in a listing....whatever tips you may give in a listing...or in a blog on ebay...or a post to anything ebay...or a video in your listing....what ever you ever type or post on ebay...including pics..posts...in descriptions of your items...they now own the right to do what ever they want with.
they can put in a catalog...use your description...or whatever...your copyright means nothing if you list it or mention it on ebay....yes this includes tips or ideas...just thought id pass this along.
user aggrement change...as sent to me

i aint no lawyer....but she said if i list a high dollar item...that they can use it in an add or catolog without my permission...even though there was only 1 of these....and will never be another....kev.

no surprise there. eBay's corporate attitude was one of the reasons that it chased me off.
