Placed an order yesterday at ~1PM Pacific time. Received email stating Order had been shipped by about 3PM. Son called me today around 4 PM saying package had arrived. Pretty amazing!!! Can't wait to get home and open it up now.  |

shawn is on the ball 99.9-3/4 of the time always --- everybody gets a glitch now and then but in the last 5 or so years iv only herd of 1 or 2 and thats sayin something --- he cares about his customers

Here is an example of a glitch that shawn made right............I placed an order for a Lortone QT66. I waited a week and never heard anything so I emailed him. He apologized all over himself and said he had been waiting for more ceramic media to come in as I had ordered that as well. To make it up to me, he knocked some $$$ off the total price, refunded it to my paypal account immediately and had my order shipped by fedex that day. That was Wednesday and today my new tumbler is here and merrily rolling in the dining room.
You are right John, everyone gets a glitch now and then. I own my own business and no matter how hard I try, things do happen on occasion. Thats why I try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt before I decide to go ballistic. Life is too short. And most places really do try.
Here is an off subject example. My daughters REALLY wanted Heelys. You know, the shoes with the wheels in the heel. I decided to order them each a pair and one for me too so I could skate with them......more like fall on my butt lol. I ordered them from Zappos.com at 8pm on a Thursday night. Friday morning they were sitting on our porch.........FREE overnight shipping from Kentucky to Oregon in 14 hours. I was so amazed that I wrote to the company and told them their service was UNREAL. I wish everyone was that fast!

I just recieved a Lot'o twin tumbler from Shawn a couple of days ago... great service, great communication and Shawn even tossed in a few pounds of grit for free due to delays from the manufacturer. (free candies too!)

just got some of his Lace Agate- I asked him if he had any "Larger" than tumbling size chunks- He asked how big my saw was and send the PERFECT workforce size chunks!!!

Placed an order for some supplies and some Lortone belts (have a CE tumbler and want to keep extras on hand) late Tuesday. Got an email from Shawn yesterday that he was shipping the order. It arrived today--along with my bag of candy!
Once again, I am IMPRESSED by the Rock Shed.
