I just got a box from them late yesterday evening, haven't opened it yet (I knew better, knew I'd be up too late sorting through it if I hadn't resisted the temptation). I was a bit amused by all their precautions on packages, though - I've had UPS leave a $3k Dell computer on my front porch without getting a signature, but MSI won't let them drop off a $50 box of rocks without someone being there to sign for it. The warning about having to have a signature is all over their order process, and they email you after to tell you that again, and I even got a phone call from UPS making sure there would be someone there, etc. I also got an email shortly after the delivery to notify me they'd been delivered. I guess they've probably just had too many problems in the past with people saying they didn't receive their order, but for a few pounds of blue quartz and moonstone it was somewhat amusing to me for the package to be tracked and controlled as though it contained a few pounds of diamonds instead.  |
