I recently made an order to Kingsley North. When the order arrived (quickly I might add) I had a couple of the cabs were the wrong size and 1 item was missing. so I emailed them that night and explained the situation. When I called them a noon time the next day I found out they had shipped the correct size cabs and the missing item was included and it was shipped to me at NO COST. and they said I should keep the wrong size items as it would cost to much to ship them back. So I am going to say that Kingsley North has good customer service. Warren

Nice to hear they fixed things up for you. I've ordered from them regularly and have always been happy. I will continue to next time I need rock supplies. I like that they keep all your info on file so all you have to do it call them and tell them what you want and whamo it shows up. BTW, they have a nice selection of well priced rough too.

I've been pleased with KN, too. My last order included two boxes of 60/90 grit. They sent one box of that & one of 36/100. When I told them about the error, they shipped another box of 60/90 & let me keep the 36/100.

I've been buying from them for years & they are great! Super prices on blades & lapidary supplies, & great customer service too. Wish all were like them.

Well I just ordered a 4 wheel Lortone Beaver Grinder from them on Monday. It was shipped out the same afternoon and Fed EX scedule says it will be here on Friday. I will inform everyone. The price with shipping was cheaper than any local source that did not have it in stock.
I am happy so far.

I get their catalogs and like to drool over them. I ordered a bunch of grit from them not too long ago and it went smoothly and pleasantly as it has before. It showed up quick and their grit prices are really good.

Here is the grinder I got from them. I bought expanding drums for it from them but then got a good deal on the diamond 1 1/2 wheels on E Bay. I am very happy and the price was good. Jason  |
