FedEx contractors here too. I had twice a week scheduled pick up but only works if shipping a lot. $12.50 per week if you meet their minimum, $25 otherwise. Summer is brutal with sometimes zero orders for a week or two. Had to cancel. USPS the best here for anything I can fit in my oversized rural mail box. Those pick up charges sound familiar. Maybe the contractor serving me is on disciplinary action. As mentioned above he sure seems to bend over backwards. Situation coming back to me. He delayed several pick ups. Messed me up. Researched the correct phone number, the Help Line. Called it. And the Fed Ex Rep questioned me in great detail. I knew they were getting ready to come down on him by their tone and nature of their questions. Did not intend to get him in trouble. Nary a problem since. Resolved and relationship good. |
