What ever you good folks here do, don't buy from Snowdog. I purchased one of his 5 lb bags of Lake Superior agates and this is what I got See that little bag on the bottom, that's my L. S. agates. The rest well the other bag and one of the chunks are bloodstone, the 4 big ones on the left are green tree agate and the one in the center is unknown (ID Dave?). I know, I know you are as shocked as I am. I can't believe he took such advantage of my good nature. I should have been clued in when he asked me what my favorite stone is (anything green for those interested). I'll be smarter the next time I order from him though, I'll order two or three. ;D ;D ;D Thanks Dave, you rock!

Indeed. With Snowdog you never get what you pay for. You get more. MUCH more! ;D
I shall elaborate further in the morrow.

Tony, Tony, --- what was I supposed to use for packing material ? --newspaper or something ? --- I had run out of bubble wrap and I don't take the daily paper so I used what I had ! --------- I'll try to aaaaah, " do better" the next time ! ;D------ all of those green ones are just bloodstone ( think Martian blood) -- it just doesn't have the red that is usually in it ------------------

My problem with dave is that I unpack everything- then I can't seem to get the stuff back into the box- It's like he wedges it in there- even if I wanted to return it there is no way it would all fit back in the box! Oh another of his tricks is to offer up 15# then tell you that he can fit 30# in for only a couple pennies more (then he send like 35#)- I tell you the guy is off his nut!

Nice score Stefan! - But I know what you mean about not getting everything back in the box!! The box I got from him a few months back now occupies three! WTG Snowdog!!! BTW Dave, I wonder if you had ever considered becoming a professional mover - I bet you could pack up a whole house and make it fit in a plastic Walmart shopping bag!!??! ;D ;D
