Yep, there is a Zebra Agate from India too but without the lace. The India stuff comes from the Deccan Plateau and comes not only in black and white but in red and white and green and white too with the green stuff often being more brittle and more of a jasper. All comes from the same deposits so there are intergrades too. I was at a rock shop in Arizona one time when they were unloading some drums of this material and I was surprised at how many artifacts were in the drum. Big leaf shaped trade preforms or blanks just like I find on the flint quarry I own across the street here in Texas...Mel

I got the drums of zebra lace from John who got them from one of the mexican dealers. I still have a couple of drums left
