Don't normally wear a Pendant. Only time would be when I am doing a Show, always good to advertise.

Whaaaa, no one of the guys here wears their own goodies? ? Wedding-ring and a pendant are a must. I wear everything I make whenever possible. For me that's the point of it. Make things to wear! Hence the carving side of things. For cabs I would have to learn how to set them. I like the bone as is, but personally would not cover the face of the stone.

Simple lines, no flourishes... definitely works for a guy.

I don't see men wearing pendants as much these days. Back in my white-water boat'n days most of the guys wore some iteration of these Maori protection amulet: I have a small jade one that my best friend brought me back from New Zealand.

Working in a manufacturing environment I can't wear jewelry, but on special occasions I do wear a pendant. I have made all but 1 of what I wear. Usually on a leather cord as you have shown or a waxed cord. I think a patina on the wire is a good suggestion.

This is coming from a non jewelry wearer - I often wish that I wanted to wear something I've created ... but I don't. However I am getting old enough now to where a bolo with one of my stones is starting to seem like a good idea... God help me.
Anyway, for whatever reason I've been conditioned from birth to differentiate feminine from masculine by color mainly - brights are fem, darks are manly. Colors like browns and blacks remind us of chopping wood or digging a hole or working on a car motor. When I think of a manly pendant I think thicker darker wire, hanging on a piece of hemp rope. OK so I exaggerated on the rope part but definitely a dark thick cord - leather or such. So yeah, to me this doesn't scream manly - it actually looks quite feminine to my biased eye. Very pretty pendant BTW, I love that cut on the dino bone.
That being said you can really call it anything you want - it's your creation and who cares who disagrees with it. Maybe saying "unisex" is the way to go as the others have suggested.

I have no idea why this design or stone should be gendered at all. Or any pendant really... Surely anyone and everyone can wear pendants if they so desire? I often wear a large stone with a hole drilled through it for a leather thong. I wouldn't say it's a statement about my testosterone levels.

Ugh. I have to admit it never occurred to me that people on a site where people make jewelry would not know what a leather thong was...

To paraphrase a recent U.S. President, it all depends on the definition of "thong."

Agree with the patina suggestions. And, love it as is.
