I drive a Mini Cooper Coupe which is a little different than most Minis you're used to seeing on the roads. It's a true 2-seater. It's a perfect car for living in the city. So, when I recently purchased the Facetron that QuailRiver was selling I had the package redirected to our local FedEX office. "It's just a faceting machine - how big could the box be" I thought. As she slid the box out to me I asked "you sure that's mine". Larry wins an award for packing! I carried the box to my car. Wasn't going to fit in the front seat. But somehow, fit right into the back. Got a few weird looks while loading it. Just thought I would share this great photo. Never judge a small car! I now know the max size package that will fit into my car... And here's a shot showing the rest of the car

Nice car. I love Mini Coopers, but I’m a Jeep guy. I also live in a Michigan, so I have a hard time buying foreign cars.

Totally sharp looking car. I have loaded fire pits in Mini's. Yes, size will fool you. Red Bull promotional Mini's all over Atlanta Georgia:

I've always liked Minis, going back to the originals. I live in a Jeep, SUV, P/U area but see our share of Minis. Not your coupe, though, pretty cool!!

My car really gets fun when you race it (I do Autocross - or it might be called Solo now). Might not be the fastest car in the world, but there's not a corner it won't go around very quickly. I've hit my limit before and the car was still firmly planted to the ground and wanting me to push more!

Sad but true, Fiat bought Chrysler after economy went to crap in '08, kept them from disappearing completely. I just hope they place a lot of importance on quality down the road, keep rigs [like Jeeps] as good as they used to be.

Great to see that space in the mini. I'm in Portugal driving a Fiat Punto 4 door and diesal but lots of fun on hills and curves so Fiat may have something to offer.

I love to watch Mini-Cooper races. They may not be ultra-fast, but boy are they fast-handling! The zigs and zags must require exceptional reflexes on the part of the drivers.

My big January thing is watching the Dakar coverage, all half hour a day of it. It is absolutely amazing to me how well the minis do in a run of roughly 5k miles.

I would love to see this race in person. Closest I've gotten was watching the Mint 400 parade pass by while working in Vegas earlier this year.
