Cut some Tiger eye today. Looked better with oil than water. Got 6 slabs 3 1/2 x 1 1/4 1/4 plus 2 slabs 2 1/4 x 1 x 3/16 plus end pieces. 1  [

2nd pic with the lightening bolt pattern is awesome. Is it chatoyant in the dark area too?

Is it chatoyant in the dark area too? Have no idea what you mean. I know nothing about Tiger Eye, I was at a rock shop and one of the other customers handed it to me. He said he was looking for a lighter blue. |

Planning on doing a couple of pendants. But that won't be till next spring after it warms up. Don't like playing in cold water in the winter.
