Went out to meet Kris Rowe from Hand2mouth mining at his rock sale today. These are some of the pieces I brought home. Im also going to sign up for a class soon and hopefully get to rock hunt with them.

Which number image is it? I see wonderstone..for sure... Wonderstone is a high grade rhyolite.

#9 & #11 are Poppy Jasper a guy named Mike collected yesterday in the Snelling area. He had 1 piece I really wanted that was so pretty (I should of taken a picture) but he was keeping it for himself. It had incredible grey orbs.

There is something really neat inside of it he said may be opal. He said its similar to petrified wood but a different process.
