I love this material! You can't really tell in the pictures, but the stone has great depth. The colors are so soft and go so well together, too. Anyone watching/binge watched Stranger Things? This is my homage to it- The Upside Down.

Are you a Treky too? Funniest line so far in Orville (near the end of the clip) IMO. May get me in trouble for language.

fantastic5, YES! I love Star Trek! I've been there since Kirk. I have not seen Orville, but I want to. We only watch the tube about 5 nights a week for 1 hour. Right now we are watching The Walking Dead, Discovery and Gotham. I love just about all Sci Fi. It takes precedence over others. Did you see the new Blade Runner?

Great piece. I really like the concept of upside down. I use to love watching star trek when i was a kid never was the same after Kirk. That when i stoped. Miss them old shows like Dr.Who twilight zone tales from the dark side, and looney tones.

rockjunquie, have not seen Blade Runner yet. We tried to find it (we have a Kodi box) this past weekend, but the copy was not worth watching. Maybe in a week or two. Just finished Stranger Things 2 on Monday. accidentalrockhound, I never watched the early Dr. Who series, but started with the 2005 episodes with Rose. My son's ring tone on my phone is the Tardis whoosh.

One of our first dates, if not the first date, was to an anniversary showing of it.

Hi, fellow nerds. It's nice that we can admit that now and be accepted for it. In high school we were bullied for it.
I am and always have been a nerd and a super trekkie. Never could get to a convention but always wanted to. My inner trekkie was fueled by my dad, super nerd. He bought me 2 record albums, (vinyl) one was William Shatner sings, and the other was Leonard Nimoys music to pick up space girls by. He he. Both are terrible albums. But fun to admit that I have them in my collection. Shatners is signed by him. My dad got them at the goodwill in the 60's. Shatner is not a Singer, but the album shows his classic training in Shakespeare as well. Nimoy REALLy could not sing. I am binge watching voyager lately. Wish I could find deep space nine, even though I hear it is terrible. I haven't found discovery yet. Have a dvr search set up for it. Love Orville. Grew up reading every sci fi book I could get my hands on.
Oh, sorry, I got carried away, nice wrap Tella.

I have always been into sci fi, too, since a little kid. Read all the Dune books. Love the first Dune movie. Next to the first Star Trek, I think I like Enterprise next. Deep Space Nine wasn't too bad. Better than Voyager, I think. Anyone watch Farscape? I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the newer Battlestar Gallactica and Stargate Universe, for sure. Well, I guess I have too many favorites. Oh, and I HAVE to mention B5! edit--- Did you see the lazy Spock video by Bruno Mars? I'll find the link.

Beautiful wrap and stone Tela! I understand the "upside-down" inference for both. The stones looks DOES remind me of the scenes from Stranger Things... And the placement of the bale "upside-down" allows the main wires to be used in the intricate tree design at the base. Your wire turns for the tree(?) are soooo tight and symmetrical! Wow!!
