Well, as some of you know, my Ball Mill Tumbler ( MJR Tumblers) had a bearing freeze up and grind the shaft through after about 100 days of use. I'm happy to say that in addition to lots of advice, the owner Matt Romney stands behind his product and honored the warranty. Sent me a whole new drive shaft with new bearings and a new pulley wheel. Can't wait to get up and running again and it's always a pleasure doing business with folks who stand behind their product and have good customer service.....Mel

That's great Mel. As we are nearly the same age, do you find it a little sad that we are surprised when companies stand behind their products and provide good service? I seem to remember being shocked when a company wouldn't back their products. That was back before the internet I believe.

John, I guess that realization does date us *L*. Oh for the days when everyone stood firmly behind their products and a business deal could be sealed with the shake of the hand rather than a pile of paperwork provided by a slick lawyer!....Mel
