I just placed my first order with Dan, actually Dan's wife I think, for an 18" and a 6" blade. I was going off of his website ( lopacki.com/ ) for prices. Later I checked my bank account and the transaction had gone though for less than I expected. So I called him back and talked to Dan to see if there was a mistake and he told me the order was right but the prices were out of his catalog so they gave me the lower price. Dan has a reputation for selling quality imported diamond products and being really a nice guy. Now I need to go sit on the curb and wait for the UPS man... Rick

I have had good luck with their 10 in blade continous blade. Only one problem, the blade bends when the rock you are slabbing comes out of the clamp...... but that was my fault and not Daniel Lopacki's. :-) I sure did "learnt" my lesson.

I have Lopacki blades also and have been very pleased with them. I have one for general purpose cutting and a thin kerf blade for opals.

Thanks for the heads up! I called and talked to Daniel today. I ordered some Diamond Drill bits and he was very friendly and informative. He told me he has a article posted on his site explaining how he drills. I haven't checked it out, but will do so when I have a chance. Thanks Daniel...:^) Steve

Well, UPS just dropped off my blades. I wasted no time in mounting on my 18" HP. Dan's packing was superb. The blades arrived snugly stapled between two sheets of cardboard in side another box with stuffed paper. That shows pride in the way Dan works. If you can't tell Dan's just earn himself another repeat customer.
