There's not much to go on without being distracted by the wonderful yellow colors, however the one feature that might point to cycad/palm origin would be the area of vascular like structures in one section. However they are rather irregular and scattered, not the regularly ordered array that I might expect - except if this happens to be a hairy area where the fibers or tubules are splayed (like the basal area or root system). I'd go plant but its a wild guess because I'm doing so by excluding other things. Now if we had a plant histologist among us . . . .

If it were palm there would be long fibers evident in the side view. It looks more like poppy or oolite type stuff. I don't know if poppies form as concretions the same way oolite does, but either way I doubt it's fossil.

Agree with the Oolite stuff. In Central WI, many of the Coral Fossils are loaded with Oolites. I am drawn to the formations to the right of the large, red one. The lower one could be a marine fossil look a like. Or, maybe, some type of plant seed?
