This is a gorgeous Marra Mamba Tiger Iron pendant and bead necklace with earrings, donated by long time member and moderator krazydiamond to honor the memory of member snowdog, David Fildes of Tremont IL, who passed away in October. This beautiful work of art was hand made by krazydiamond who knew David and was saddened by his passage. I can tell you personally it is really beautiful and looks better in hand than it does in my clumsy pictures. All proceeds from this auction will be sent in David's name by Rock Tumbling Hobby, directly to one or more of the charitable foundations listed in his obituary. Edited to add: I would be more than tickled to facilitate the combining of individual contributions in Snowdog's name - as long as the sender doesn't have any strong preferences about where I end up sending it to. For instance, if they object to the possibility of money being sent to the wolf project then it would be better for them to do their own donation directly to ensure it reaches their choice of charity. The other thing I would ask is to send it to me via Paypal "friends and family gift" feature so it doesn't get knocked down by fees. My PayPal addy:  |
