Anxious to see what this 25# jasper has to show on the interior will be happy if it is the same as the exterior. Probably a 1/2 hr per slice min. holy cow that's a big picture! Attachments:

Try sizing pics. down to no more than 800x600.

That's a beauty! Did you cut it yet? How'd your blade do on a vertical cut like that? I would have had to lay it down in the vice and take smaller cuts - no way my 18" blade would have taken that height off in one pass.

Everything went smooth Here is the first slab after end piece, was disappointed at the second slab,and third,thought there was BIG Pits,after further review? DRUZY VUG . bout time,been cutting a lot of "Mehs "lately (Tommy, if i have a rock that is too big for my saw< (18) i put it in anyway cut it,then pop it with a little hammer and it will go. then you can put it in lay down mode and start to chopping Attachments:
