Anxious to see what this 25# jasper has to show on the interior will be happy if it is the same as the exterior. Probably a 1/2 hr per slice min. holy cow that's a big picture! Attachments:

Try sizing pics. down to no more than 800x600.

That's a beauty! Did you cut it yet? How'd your blade do on a vertical cut like that? I would have had to lay it down in the vice and take smaller cuts - no way my 18" blade would have taken that height off in one pass.

That's a beauty! Did you cut it yet? How'd your blade do on a vertical cut like that? I would have had to lay it down in the vice and take smaller cuts - no way my 18" blade would have taken that height off in one pass. Was my only option. Everything went smooth |

Everything went smooth Here is the first slab after end piece, was disappointed at the second slab,and third,thought there was BIG Pits,after further review? DRUZY VUG . bout time,been cutting a lot of "Mehs "lately (Tommy, if i have a rock that is too big for my saw< (18) i put it in anyway cut it,then pop it with a little hammer and it will go. then you can put it in lay down mode and start to chopping Attachments:
