What was your recipe for the glass, Type tumbler, size of batch, cushioning, polish andy other additives? I have had problems with glass. Agates/jaspers, TN puddingtone all ok. Glass is hard because it is soft. Type in google: dry burnish obsidian and you will get an exact recipe for glass for a vibratory tumbler (lot-o) Why can't we melt our own cullet glass Jimi ? It's too expensive. You're the slag master. Buy cheap marbles from McGill's Warehouse and heat them up and mix glass goulash. D.A.S. Harvest Moon on Ebay for $23 and small pieces !!:

They are cullet from an old famous marble factory Jean. Could have been reject doses intended to be a marble they squirted out. Expensive regardless.

I have a kiln and can melt glass together, break off bits, and tumble.
