Robert L Parker was born in Beaver, UT and then the family moved to Circleville, UT. He later changed his name to Butch Cassidy and you probably know the rest of the story.

I visited the site a year ago, since then the home has been renovated, new roof etc. The grounds were cleaned up and the equipment moved on to pavement for display. I'm so glad I have these from just before the renovation. It is a beautiful setting, though, must have been very peaceful back then.

That's a time period I would love to go back and visit. There are some of us old enough to have lived before certain technologies, but can you imagine living then? I wonder if they even thought about how peaceful it was. Different times, different definitions of peace? My uncles have old vintage farm equipment that we use to hook the horses up to and goof around. It was hard work and I imagine the majority of their days were spent just on chores and surviving.
