I only have one photo of a dog with a Christmas tree. Haven't bothered with one in years. There's probably STILL needles in the carpet!
Timka and Christmas tree.
And for those of you that are owned by pets, you already know that the only reason you have couches and beds is for them!
Cali on couch
Lucy on bed
Timka on couch
At least Shadow is in her own bed, lol.
Even the cats used to get in on it. Dusty on the bed.
They all felt comfortable laying upside down, exposing themselves like that! They felt safe. Jean

Ha ha ha ha ha! Dogs gonna sleep wherever they want, huh? So you've changed her name from Xena (Warrior Princess) to Roxie? I like Roxie!
Love the Kermit meme! At least you are twice as rich as me, I only have $2....
Merry Christmas to you and yours. Tommy, how's your mamma doing? Did she get over the cold?

I'd love to buy more tools but I only have like $3. Maybe Santa saw my wish list. All these dog pictures are making me tired.

Merry Christmas to you and yours. Tommy, how's your mamma doing? Did she get over the cold? Thanks Jean, Merry Christmas to you and Bob. Momma ... uggg. Not sure what I posted before but the cold turned into bronchitis/borderline pneumonia which has now led to a fractured vertebrae in her lower back (probably from coughing so hard) along with pinched sciatic nerve pain ... the latest this morning is confirmation of a massive UTI with e-coli present - all of the above has her brain scrambled with confusion. We'll get her through it. It's very similar to the events of one year ago almost to the day when she ended up in a nursing home for two months. Help is coming this weekend so we might be able to hand our duties off for a few hours and get out for a while.

Oh my, I am sorry I asked! You had said when the bug was delivered to your house (no names!), that you worried it would go from bad to worse. Sending prayers her way, hoping for a speedy recovery.
Winters are never a good time for Bob, either. Seems he always gets a cold/flu/bronchitis just as we would go into desert season. Then I get it from him, of course.
I hope you get some help so you can have some well deserved "me" time. Well, you and Eva.

Would you lie upside down like that on the couch? Lol. If you do, have your DH take some pics. You can use them in your Christmas card next year, ha ha.
Not buying Christmas presents for me or anyone else (we quit doing that about 20 years ago), just trying to keep bills paid. The one that hurt the most was Kaiser, which just went up to almost $600 for January. And I don't even go to the doctor!!!

Pretty COOL! I hope that, like a bad penny, it doesn't show up again next month!!
Mrrockpicker has been going 'round and around with the office manager at his work. Her bookkeeping sucks, and she has taken some of his vacation days away from him (on his pay stub). He only gets 40 hours (5 days, or one week, take your pick) paid vacation per year, this after working there for eight years. His stub says he was paid for 64 hours vacation this last year (anniv date to anniv date). If he can only take 40 hours in a year, why would they have paid him for 64??? Didn't happen, we even put it down on paper which days he took vacation. She was confused (we think) because the 40 hours were spread across two pay periods. She fixed it on paper a month ago, but not in the computer where it counts! On the last paycheck it was still screwed up. We already know he is going to lose the three sick days he had coming by the end of th3e calendar year. Because he has to put in for them to pay him for them, they never got used. This despite him taking quite a bit of time off during the course of the year for doctor appointments. He is past fed up with them!

I am very popular when I have a burrito Oh my! Burrito vultures!!!! Who is the alpha dog?? In this picture the Alpha Dog is on the left, Jackson was rather uncontainable and got out on a busy street a mile away from home and was killed a year ago. Still have the other two dogs, Bucky the Black one is the father of Darwin, the brown one. Bucky is eleven years old and he belongs to my fiancee, we met 2 years ago. Darwin the brown dog is an albino as his father and mother are both Black Labs. Jackson was replaced with Sam, a seven year old dog that we got from an animal shelter a few months ago. Sam has been mistreated and he is just now discovering that he is in a loving home and becoming one of the greatest dogs ever. Here is a picture of my current 3 dogs from a mountain trip we took Monday, two days ago. Sam is already leading the pack . . .
