Now I understand how a company can offer free shipping, yet to return the item would cost $50, which is exactly what I paid for the item to begin with. First time I saw a chart for commercial rates- they actually lowered some of the commercial rate @ the expense of the consumer. Sounds pretty much like the new tax plan, eh?

As i read this price change, 2018 on the med & Large flat rate box. are less in 2018.

Now MFRB is $13.60 in USA.
Large flat rate now 18.85

These are the two i use the most. the first Box price I used $7.70 for MFRB. then 1988.

Got it, thanks, I did not notice taht my figures were for commercial shipments. Now that holidays are over I got a box sto ship to Tommy for an auction down the road.
