Looks like all that good 'ol country cooking finally caught up with me! Came to ER Saturday moring and they admitted me for tests . Stress test didn't turn out well, so need an angiogram to determine the amount of damage. Have to wait until Tuesday due to the holiday and short staff. It sucks spending Christmas in the hospital, but they want me to not go home in case I need a jump start.
Merry Christmas to all, and stay safe if traveling

Sorry to hear of your misfortune. I trust you will be taken care of. My wife and I just traveled the length of Michigan. Below zero in the UP. Snowing in the Detroit area, lots of semi terrified drivers doing 30 mph in the middle lane. Merry Christmas.

Oh NO! I sure hope everything turns out OK. Good thing you went in. It may suck to be in hospital on Christmas, but the potential alternative is worse. Think of this as a relaxing vacation. Merry Christmas!

I was in a cardio unit in August so I feel your pain. My prayers are for your speedy recovery. BTW do the cardio rehab if they offer it. It really helps to speed the recovery and get you back to your old self (strength wise). They say there is a much higher chance of not visiting again with the rehab and if you are a smoker quit.

Been there, done that and I hope yours turns out as good as mine did. Heart is working great, and the pain was something else so these times do not always turn out real bad.
Take care Jim

Merry Christmas Arlen! Keeping you in my thoughts. Very glad you caught this early. Much better to be going to the Cath Lab early for an angiogram than have a rushed one for a STEMI.

Hopefully cardiobill is your doctor. I think you get a tumbled stone heart if you’re his patient and you’re a good boy.

Still in limbo and in the hospital. The Angiogram showed zero blockage in any arteries which was a huge surprise to me!!!! I've eaten fatty foods, fried foods and anything I wanted all my life, so if anyone should have clogged pipes, it should be ME! They wanted me to stay tonight and see an Electrocardioligist tomorrow to figure out the fluttering, extreme variable and Often very low heart rate. Pretty sure a pacemaker is on tap soon.
