Trying to decide what to do with this slab. It is about 3 1/2" wide . probably will use a pint of acetone removing marks before I decide.

Pretty piece. I agree that you might find some better designs. I usually hit marks with rubbing alcohol (just in case it is marker instead of paint pen) before going to acetone. Some metallic stuff out there that doesn't respond to either; just have to sand it down.

Very cool. Here's one idea that appeals to me. I like taking advantage of what appears to be the darkest area on the slab together with what appears to be a dramatic splash of waterfall.

That is good sw. A lot is muddy or lacking the clear agate. Many cab possibilities. Try out a lot of scenes and have a good mix of clear and white.
