Thanks for the compliments, it was a difficult sphere to make with the different hardness's. Your friend named Rodney? I made for Rodney to display at Tucson this Feb. I think it actually maybe Dessert Bloom Variscite, I will have to ask him. LOL |

Thanks guys... This sphere was a major pain in the A$$ to work, with all the different hardness's of the 'mud', had to stabilize the host rock several times as it ground down. As far as the rough/slabs, I am not sure where Rodney sell's at. I am sure if you contact catmandewe he can hook you up.  Tim |
