Explosive silicon carbide wheels Dave are truly no fun! Neither is anything that spins not properly tightened down - coming loose at high speed and chasing you around the shop.

Do not grind off to much of your finger nails or finger tips. It burns like hell.

Spin those carborundum wheels dry before turning off your machine! And do the same with your plated and sintered diamond grinding wheels to prevent rust.

Resist the urge to overheat the stone on the 50k and 100k wheels. Patience is a virtue.

Always make sure your cinch is tight! Horses tend to step on anything dangling beneath them, including you. ( learned that one on an especially interesting date)
And one from last week: When driving calves down the chute to the pinch cage, get close as you can as fast as ya can and approach with yore legs turned sideways or yore arse to them cause getting close doesn't allow an extended kick and being kicked in the ass hurts way less than being kicked in the kneecap *L*....Mel

People are often killed by landslides while obliviously digging into hillsides.
Please don't become one of them.

When you are interested you will do what is convenient.
When you are committed you will do whatever it takes.
