I do not like them scrambled eggs, I do not like them Ali says. I could run with that for a page worth! With apologies to Dr. Seuss of course. LMFAO
I was going to go with a Dr. Seuss style, but didn't think y'all would get my humor
You underestimate us, Ali!

I love me them scrambled eggs just as long as they are not runny. I find any goo in eggs revolting. A fried egg will never pass my lips. YUK!!!!! I like them nice and fluffy. I just mix them in a bowl with a little salt and pepper and lactose free milk. Pour them in a preheated pan and keep flipping and stirring them till nice and fluffy. I like them with a pile of microwave bacon and hash browns. Yum!!!....Mel

How in the world do they drip down your beard?
Sounds like Dave needs to wear a bib! My dad does when he is having messy food. I use the top snap on my coveralls to hold my napkin in place, but it is no help for my beard. I cannot abide a mustache. Snot for me!

Well I am lucky. My grandmother taught me the way to the perfect egg. For those of you who remember the egg poacher, scramble your egg first then put it in the poacher. When the egg comes out a fluffy scrambled egg cloud you may respond to this post with overwhelming gratitude. All the best.

I will take them pretty much any way someone wants to fix them for me, lol. With a fox, or in a box, lol. But you can keep the green ham. Were I cooking up scrambled eggs myself, they would be poured over hot ground sausage cooked with onions, garlic and chili peppers (or bell pepper), topped with grated cheddar cheese, and rolled into a flour tortilla. A BBB (Bradley Breakfast Burrito!) Yum yum. A great dish for breakfast in the desert. Make it once, two people eat it for a few days. Fortifying. Made it once in December when we went prospecting. Have not had too many desert trips in the last few years, it used to be a staple, though. Now you're talking, Jean. Breakfast burritos, omelettes, all the good stuff!!! Throw in some grits with chorizo, cheese and chilis! Take it to the next level. Eggs don't have to be boring.

Ham and Egg Sandwich:
Grill 2 slices of lightly buttered sourdough bread... slightly crispy brown. On one slice spread with pesto and add a slice of cheddar cheese on top. On other slice spread with cream cheese. Grill to a golden brown.
In a small fry pan - oiled with olive oil... medium heat. Grill (both sides) a 1/4 to 1/2 inch piece of ham heavily covered with crushed garlic on the underside. (lots of garlic! YUM!) Put the cooked ham on the side of bread with the pesto and cheese. Crack 2-3 eggs into the fry pan sunny side-up and wait until the whites become partially cooked. With the spatula, hit each yoke until it breaks and covers the cooking whites. Fold the omelet in half and continue cooking until the half moon is no longer runny. (turn off the heat after the fold-over) Place egg on top of the ham and remove that half of the sandwich from the grill to a plate. Cover with the other piece of bread (cream cheese side down) Breakfast! Grab a hot cup of coffee Devour... Enjoy... Don't look at the scale! Done

Don't forget to occasionally stir so they don't blow up in the microwave They taste like rubber to me, but if it works for you..... When microwave ovens first started to became the kitchen rage. I tried cooking a few eggs. Then I learned how to clean the microwave oven (big mess!) When I finally got the correct method down (cook-stir-cook-stir) It tasted OK but chewed like a mouthful of rubber bands. I agree with you MsAli! Glenn

My chicken embryos must be heavily flavored with non-egg substances for me to eat them. Chorizo in a burrito with red greasy sauce staining my beard rocks my world, a staple for those early mornings heading across the Cascades to dig rocks.

Hash browns are great Yet I go out of my way to fry polenta and especially rice!
Rice is a real trick to do though . I haven’t completely perfected the method.
Sausage patties are my go to. Easy to do. Bacon takes a lot of attention.
Scrambled eggs> I just crack eggs into sauté butter, and whisk them over low heat with the ever popular fork.

Make sure to candle your eggs before you give them to the neighbors.
