RTH has fantastic chefs - I'm just an old geezer. Hopefully THEY will make this thread worthwhile. Spray a medium cereal bowl with Pam so it won't stick, add some water to fluff it up, two eggs, season as desired. Stir. Place in microwave for one minute. Stir, microwave for another minute. Enjoy.

One minute? How many eggs?
Are they completely cooked?

Don't forget to occasionally stir so they don't blow up in the microwave
They taste like rubber to me, but if it works for you.....

One minute? How many eggs? Are they completely cooked? Two eggs, two minutes. Yes. Your microwave may be different.

That is why one minute, stir, another minute. a LOT of water may boil and explode. I don't put in much - a teaspoon / egg. When do you stir in the rubber? Perhaps it is my choice of condiments.

When do you stir in the rubber? LOL------It totally changes the taste and texture of the egg. When I'm being lazy I will microwave 1, but its not my favorite way to eat them.
Add an avocado and it makes it a little better

"The "ou" is a common British spelling, whereas in American English, we simply use the "o." For example: favourite vs. favorite. colour vs. color.
limey ...

Melt butter in skillet, crack eggs into cup or bowl, add a dash of milk and some of melted butter from skillet. Whisk and add to skillet. Season with salt, pepper and a dash of garlic powder. (Add crumbled sausage for a hearty dish) Fold eggs in skillet until desired firmness. Top with a little shredded cheddar. My cholesterol is fine, by the way.

Separate 5 eggs into yolks and whites. whip egg whites in a large bowl to stiff peaks. beat together the egg yolks. Heat 3tbs butter in a pan, add 3 tbs flour, make a roux, add 1 cup milk, salt, white pepper, pinch o' nutmeg, temper egg yolks and then add them to mixture, add a cup of grated swiss cheese. Gently fold the sauce in to the egg whites. Grease a 6 cup round baking dish with butter, dust with Parmesan cheese. Pour mixture into dish and bake at 375F for 25-30 minutes. Serve immediately.

This way I have a saucy British babe talking to me while navigating! So you get the u in flavour and colour and favourite. Deal with it. Lol I'm SoCal bred and born.

I do not like them scrambled eggs, I do not like them Ali says.

I personally cannot abide runny eggs dripping down my beard onto my clothes.
I usually fry them, flip them over and break the yoke.

I will take them pretty much any way someone wants to fix them for me, lol. With a fox, or in a box, lol. But you can keep the green ham.
Were I cooking up scrambled eggs myself, they would be poured over hot ground sausage cooked with onions, garlic and chili peppers (or bell pepper), topped with grated cheddar cheese, and rolled into a flour tortilla. A BBB (Bradley Breakfast Burrito!) Yum yum.
A great dish for breakfast in the desert. Make it once, two people eat it for a few days. Fortifying. Made it once in December when we went prospecting. Have not had too many desert trips in the last few years, it used to be a staple, though.
