Here are the pictures of my latest finished batch. Blood Stone Epidote Sweet Water Now when I took the rocks out of the tumbler I wasn't 100% happy with the shine so I got out some Turtle wax and polished them with that and got a great shine. Tami

I got the Epidote at Ebersol's in Wichita. They do ship, here is the phone number in case you are interested. (316)722-4771.
I first used aluminum and then I used cerium oxided. I mostly wanted to see if it would make a difference, and it did a little. The rocks were in the polish for almost 2 weeks.

i went to look on my calendar and the unakite i did went 21 days in cerium polish - maybe you didn't run it long enough - on the 12th day i have written "improving but...."
of course i clobbered the leopard skins to the point of no return in that 21 days too ;D

Very nice work Tami! Real pretty rocks, I'm sure you have plans for some of those and a bit of wire. You will do them justice for sure. Show us some finished wraps if you make any with them, I sure like the way you do them. Talk to you later, Don
