Closest one is whitehall, which is 30mins without traffic. I'm really young (15) and don't think my parents would drive me their anyways..... next closest is in bucks county, which is easily an hour away...

Hey cowboy, you need to saddle up and visit the closest thrift store or Good Will location for cheap rock tools. I purchased a $20 7inch tile saw five years ago and its still going strong. Keep looking if you don't find one the first time; I've seen several over the years.
