Hey guys, check out these beauties in this pic Billy sent to me. Great job on the rocks Billy, Obsidian is a tough one to polish. At least it was for me, you hammered em' buddy, cheers, Don P.S. sorry it took so long to post, been busy

lookin good bill that was my first batch i tried and it was goin good till i did a final wash after polish and forgot to put back the pellets hahahaha had a lotta chips when they where done but they shined seeya john

Billy, those are beautiful! I love Obsidian, but haven't yet been brave enough to even think about trying to do some.

billy you did a good job with those. which kind of obsidian are those? i haven't tried any obsidian yet but i know when i've looked at them there are lots of different kinds.

hahaha yea it does first thing i thought of was a indian dream catcher there made from a wooden hoop and then strung in the middle with string and feathers and other stuff and ya hang them pretty cool lookin

first thing i thought of was a indian dream catcher First thing I thought of was a necklace and earrings made of obsidian I bought the last time I was on the Navajo reservation in Arizona in 95. They were so pretty. I have thought of trying to make a dream catcher with some of my polished stones. Another thing on my list of things to make with my stones that I may never get around to doing!

thanks for all the replys, and thanks againDon for putting my picture in. We were thaking about putting them and sone of my other stones in the floor of our new patio we are going to build some day. I pretty much have a endless supply of polished rocks now

I've got some rolling now, some of it snowflake. Ive gotten to polish once and wasn't happy so I'm back to pre polish with some other pettys. hope they come out thatgood ;D

the middle one is a piece of pet wood the other inner circle is some chert and then the obsidian sone of which is transparent with blk lines in it. I have a bunch of chert going now it was just put in the polish so it well be a few days till there ready I got some tin oxcide to try hope it does good
