hello all i had my second load in polish. checked it after a week and the shine was not there. so i cleaned it out and used aluminum oxide instead of the cerium and after three days its looking better. don't know whats up with that, but this happened with both batches. even the multi colored jasper shinned up nice

Hey Wiz. Great job on those stones. You got a little of everything in there and they all seem to have shined up nicely. Are they all about the same hardness? The tiger-eye is especially nice. Great job

Those are pretty wiz. I really like the agate near the top. At least I think it's agate. Isn't it a shame that we can't just pluck those out of the screen to examine them closer!

Great job and killer shine! Must be some high grade alumina? Where did you get it. I know it works well with agates and jaspers. Nice variety by the way.

hey all used 60\90 , 120\220 , 500 , sisa then AO for the polish. the cerium just wouldn't give them a shine. I got the AO polish from the rock shed
