Plan on setting out 12 Tomato plants Monday, will wait one more week for the next 12 plants. Kale and Kohlrabi are doing great and should start harvesting both this weekend. It appears that I have lost a large portion of the Meyer Lemon tree to the hard freeze we had back in January, will wait for 2 weeks to see how much greens up.

I'm at least 3 weeks away from setting my maters out. Those late frosts I don't like.

We have made the aweful decision to not grow mater's this year. We are now moved in together and organising and mutual downsizing is taking its toll.

Thanks for the encouragement. I had several fire ant colonies in the pasture as well. Hated them. My natural eradication techniques worked well and as of last year they were all gone. At least 2 months here yet, before gardening is possible.
