Selling in The Marketplace - implementing new policies

All, we enjoy offering the RTH Marketplace for our members in good standing to sell (or buy/trade) their wares. It generates good activity and benefits our members who can take advantage of good deals on rocks and other items without the hyper inflated prices associated with Facebook and other selling platforms.
If you are someone who enjoys selling in this area - free from any local tariffs or other financial obligations, please help us with the implementation of a couple of easy policies that will help us manage the area AND keep the forum out-of-pocket costs down long term.
1. When you sell an item - or all of the items in a listing - please go back in and mark your subject line "SOLD."
2. If you have used the forum "Add Attachment" feature please edit your post and delete the attachment.
FYI - the "Add Attachment" feature is a very expensive monthly subscription that we pay for out of pocket in order to enhance the user experience for our members. The amount of storage that we are allotted is very small and when we fill it up our monthly cost increases substantially if we want to continue using the program.
